Patient feedback is essential in order to continue to improve our services. We value any and all feedback we receive from patients. Every patient appointment is followed up with an automatic email and/or text containing a link to a patient survey and an invitation to submit a review. Patients that would like to submit a formal complaint can do so by using the patient complaint form.
