Take Left into our back parking lot
Enter through lobby (by rainbow benches)

Take Exit 15 onto Route 7 Connector
Take Exit 1 onto Belden Avenue
Take a Right
Go through 4 lights
Take right onto Elm Street
Take Left into our back parking lot
Enter through lobby (by rainbow benches)

We provide free parking to all of our patients in the lot behind our building (off of Elm Street).

At the Roundabout, take the second exit onto Hebron Avenue
Take left into parking lot
