- Speak respectfully to Circle Care Center staff. Patients who raise their voice, curse at, or berate staff or other patients will be asked to leave, and may be discontinued as patients
- Provide correct and updated insurance information. Patients are financially responsible for uncovered expenses.
- Take medications as prescribed. Patients who misuse or sell medication may be discontinued as patients.
- Avoid bringing weapons, alcohol, or other drugs (except for prescription drugs the patient may have a question for the provider or pharmacist about) into the facilities.
- Respect the privacy and dignity of other patients.
- Report any safety concerns to the clinic staff promptly.
