Tess Maxam, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, BSN

Nurse Practitioner

 

Tess Maxam is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. As a practitioner at Circle Care Center, Tess provides services in primary care, sexual health and STI testing and treatment, gender affirming care, and HIV prevention and treatment. She will also be focusing on developing a basic gynecology program at Circle Care to include sexual and reproductive healthcare as well as preventative screenings for patients assigned female at birth. Tess joins the Circle Care Center team with great passion, enthusiasm, and appreciation for the mission of Circle Care Center and the patients, new and existing, that utilize its services.

 

Tess received her education in nursing and MSN at Yale School of Nursing and graduated as part of the class of 2025. Prior to pursuing a degree in nursing, Tess completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Gender & Sexuality at St. Lawrence University in New York in 2022.
