Welcome Our New Provider: Tess Maxam, APRN — Leading Pelvic Health Services

We want to officially welcome Tess Maxam, APRN to our care team! Tess is now offering Pelvic Health services and is accepting new patients. She will be leading a range of health and pelvic services, including:

 

Routine and Diagnostic Pelvic Exams

  • Cervical Cancer Screening
  • HPV Testing
  • Cervical Cytology

STI Screenings for:

  • Chlamydia
