Are you a current patient at Circle Care Center?

If you receive sexual health services at Circle Care, you may be eligible to access medications through the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program at reduced cost, depending on your care and prescription.

 

Do I qualify?

To qualify for 340B pricing on your prescriptions, federal rules require that you have an established relationship with Circle Care that includes sexual health services. Specifically, you must have received a qualifying sexual health visit at Circle Care within the past 24 months, and your prescription must be written by a Circle Care provider.

 

Qualifying services include:

  • Sexual Health Screening or counseling
  • STI Testing, treatment or prevention (including PrEP, PEP, and DoxyPEP)
  • HIV testing or treatment

 

Where should I fill my prescription?

To receive 340B pricing at the counter, fill your prescriptions at Circle Care Center Pharmacy. Prescriptions filled at other pharmacies may not reflect the same savings.
